“Apollo did an AMAZING job cleaning a WHITE leather coach bag of mine. I had used the bag one evening and did not notice until at least a week later that someone must have spilled a cranberry-based beverage all over it :) There were splotches of red and pink all over it.... Once I saw this, I took the bag to several different cleaners and shops who all said they were going to charge at least $100 and that they could not guarantee the stain would come out (and even if it did not come out I would still owe them the money...). Not only did Apollo fully restore this bag to mint condition, he was so much more reasonably-priced than the rest. I could tell immediately that he knew what he was doing as he gave me the plan of action to clean the bag. I am so happy he was able to fix up the bag, as I got this white bag to compliment bridal outfits of mine in anticipation for my wedding this year. It means so much that she is cranberry-stain free. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend him.”

“My family and I came to make a return from an online purchase my older son made for me for my birthday. We had the pleasure of meeting Datrell, a sales associate, and he exceeded our expectations. He saw and understood each of our needs based on our field of work, even my youngest son, who has two different-sized feet. He had the time and patience to explain everything, down to the numbers on each style of sneakers and why they are numbered. He literally had the balance, no pun intended, to tend to us and other customers who came into the store without making us feel ignored.
