When I walked in I was surprised at how tiny the storefront was but never judge a book by its cover. They did such an amazing job. I was weary my order was going to be canceled in case it was out of stock (which happened to me previously at another store), so when I called I actually spoke with owne who is amazing. The woman who works there was incredibly helpful with figuring out what we needed, and at a reasonable price. When she learned of the occasion/what we were shopping for, she was beyond sympathetic and compassionate. During a time of loss she had us both laughing, and we walked out with smiles on our faces. During our conversation she asked about the services being held, and to our surprise she came to offer her condolences at the wake. Nowadays it’s rare to meet a genuinely nice and sincere person, so the experience at Robert’s was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for exceptional service!!”
