“Today I was at Boscov’s and went to the register by the towels and lingerie department doorway. A very pleasant woman named Cheryl was ringing my order up and noticed I was purchasing a cane. She remarked to me about it and I told her I lost one there the previous week but when I called they at the time hadn’t found it. She immediately called customer service and they had one so because I was unable to go back to get it she was looking for another associate to go get it for me as she was ringing up other customers. Well, along comes Tina who was on her way to lunch but insisted on going to get it for me, not once but twice ( a little confusion) . They were both so pleasant, caring , compassionate and didn’t for a moment make me feel uncomfortable. They were wonderful, loving and polite people. Cheryl and Tina are perfect examples of superior associates. I can’t thank them enough for their help. Both are definitely an asset to Boscov’s. Than you ladies so much for going over and above for others”

“Things go fast here. If you see something your not sure you want buy it anyways. Or it won't be there if you return. This location has jewelry. Which i love. Sometimes you can get a good deal on. They also have an easy return policy. I almost always find something to buy here.”

“We went to Talbots today. They are a great business because they are very customer friendly and they take returns from other Talbots stores and the Internet. They have many sizes that other stores do not bother to carry. The retail prices are high but they have lots of discounts and the quality is much better than some of their competitors. Today I saw a couple of summer-weight jackets I liked. They didn't have my exact size in the store so they located them in other stores and had them shipped to my house. I am very happy to have discovered this clothing line.”
“Semi Truck friendly parking. Inside there are more employees than customers. Bathrooms are somewhat clean and attended. It's not Super Center Walmart. Got all that I needed, in and out quickly.”

“Great products and good service depending of the associate. The deals are definitely worth our 1 hour drive though. The only problem is online returns. I wanted to exchange a size in an order that I paid over $200 for. The jeans cost me $30, but because I used my kohls cash, that whole amount came off the price of the jeans and they didn't carry them in store, so I couldn't even do an even exchange. I only got $10 back and had to pay full price online for a different size.”
