“The unique items this store carries are worth the trip. The deli meats are so yummy! I went in for just a few things & left with a cart full of groceries. The store is clean & well organized. Product placements are on point.”

“Great alternativw to the other supermarket in the area. I found awesome jalapeños, nice greens and did all my food shopping here. I found it to be at least 20% less than Hannafords.”

“It's a small store but you can find most things that are priced better than most grocery stores. The produce is really nice. You'll need a quarter for your cart. You'll get it back when you return it. Saves on cart pushers. You'll also bag or box your own groceries after you check out, not during. They'll get you out pretty quick. There is self check out.I enjoy shopping there.”

“Systems were down. Employees seemed lost because of this. I was not able to use any coupons which was an issue for Me. It was my first time there and I was not impressed because of this”

“The stores owner, Robert Hannaford Jr., hand counted $154.00 in change a customer had brought to the store in a wheelbarro. After completing the count and finalizing the sale, Hannaford said that he wished to "bless everyone currently shopping with a delicious bird". He then picked up his phone, called over to the deli, and ordered the immediate preparation of 104 seasoned rotisserie chickens, which were to be given out to every man, woman, and child in the store.”

“This is the first Price Chopper I went to that has switched to Market 32, although a few in Albany County I went to before that name was coined have since then. It was called Central Market until the '70s. The only nominal differences were the carts and some of the signage inside. Other than that, it's pretty much the same; just a touch more posh. It's one of the few outside the Capital Region and New England. They'll all switch to 32 eventually (not Tops as that's Union and separately managed, nor Market Bistro in Latham). It could be to avoid confusion with a chain in Kansas and Missouri. 32 is 1932, when Central was founded, not NY Route 32. I go to Price Chopper to earn points to save at Sunoco, especially when Tops' own separate promotion is on hiatus. It may cost more to earn than it saves, but you take what you can these days.”

“Walmart surprisingly has the largest display of organic fruits and veggies! When we run out of our own organically grown veggies we have a place to go ! Wish they would involve more local farmers like ourselves @ambrosiafarmsny”
