“I just had to leave a review on the great attention to service we received from Ms. Adaku Ubani, the Assistant Branch Manager at the Hillside Ave Branch in New Hyde Park. We hope the Four Leaf administration continues to embrace and support their community such as Ms. Ubani did as she heard our needs and helped us with our financial needs in such a professional yet family oriented way. This location was met with a clean and relaxed environment with plenty of parking. We left highly impressed and secured that our money is in good hands with Four Leaf due in part to Ms. Ubani's information and treatment given on April 21st, 2025.”

“i dont understand all these negative reviews. granted some are from many moons ago (5+ years) and since then im sure the staff has drastically changed. in my humble opinion, the staff didnt look quite as sad as the previous review stated. i genuinely had a pleasent time dealing with karin and carolina. the atmosphere was pretty jolly and uplifting. i genuinely cant comprehend half the things i had read. dont let any of the previous review discourage you from visiting this branch. 10/10 superb. if i can make a slight suggestion, if possible, can we give away a couple bank of america pens for the clients. not that this is a branch issue but a bank of america thing as a whole.”

“My organization banks with Hanover and from the beginning you could feel the professionalism and camaraderie of the staff here. I do know banks... I come out of a major financial institution that employed 16,500 people until a merger doubled that size. It was impressive to visit their headquarters in Mineola and get a tour. Their home office is more 'window' than anything else so it's big and bright. Plenty of office space here with a terrific team. We opened a checking account their level of detail was wonderful. It was nice to see people working together understanding the complete process of opening an account and setting up the on-line access. I had the opportunity to visit their New Hyde Park Branch during the pandemic and was extremely impressed with their customer service. It was unique as it was through a glass door. Clearly posted that one person a time was you come into the outer lobby, wait for your transaction and finish. I looked through the door and could see a very modern, bright, spacious branch. Things will get back to normal and we will be able to go back to our banks once again to transact business, see a smile and say hello to our friends. Thank you Hanover for choosing to come to Mineola and set up headquarters and truly being a community bank!”
