“Bryan helped restore all my photos onto my phone after I inadvertently deleted the email account connected to them. He tried many different tactics for doing this, along with examining my old phone, and was able to get the photos back that were in cloud storage. “Great find in a small upstate town! Staff is friendly and extremally knowledgeable and updated on both classic and latest gaming. Lost Level Games has a nice selection of all system consoles, accessories and games. They also have pre-ordering available for most of the latest games and systems. They are typically by appointment only, I'm assuming so the buyer can have a more personalized experience when shopping. They do have walk-ins mostly on weekends. I've heard they are resuming their party room for events and bookings beginning Summer 2024. Lost Level Games also has the most updated(daily) software that gives the best value/price for trade in items.”
“Amazing to deal with... I bought 25 tablet cases for our charity which did not fit. UC let me exchange them free of charge for ones which did and threw in tempered glass screen protectors for free as well. I can't recommend them for their customer service enough”

“Went into verizon this morning for help with an order I had originally placed on september 15th which then had to be reprocessed online this month. Customer service over the phone has been no help to me and I went into the store looking for assistance. Fran and Matt were such a pleasure to work with and helped me figure out the mess with my order on Verizon’s end. Cannot thank them enough they were both so attentive and friendly and resolved the issue!!”
“Highly recommend this Metro PCS location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services that are offered. They worked with me to get me exactly what I needed and gave me an extremely reasonable deal. They even put a perfect screen protector on my phone that I would not have been able to get anywhere else in the area. Side note: the store is very clean and well kept. Felt very comfortable going in even with the current COVID situation.”
“Battery expanded went to store rep jawan (spelling?- sorry) gave me info for claim w asurion. Replacement phone was backordered. Phone had protection plan. Rcvd emails about status- last on 7/25 said call. Diff rep just as nice as first one expedited replacement to be delivered that evening. Rep who arrived w phone great Jonathan H. Went to store today and staff wad absolutely fantastic. Neikeisha and Gregory who is very personable transferred all info to new phone. The interactions with all other staff with other customers was great. Thank you all.”

“Target is a great place to shop for just about anything. I usually shop here for household goods and occasional home decor. They do have a nice selection of grocery and pantry items.
There is a huge beauty section, gift cards, art, toys, kitchen, electronics, clothes for all ages and size, jewelry, some furniture (outdoors) and much more!
There are bathrooms in this location which is great. Customer service is good, and the check out time is usually very fast paced. Very clean and open space there drinks by the register which is nice for a pick me up. Highly recommend!”

“I went to this local neighborhood Verizon store and have been going here for years! The store manager Mike has a wealth of knowledge and is truly a phone expert! My phone display was not functioning properly and I needed a new phone. Not only did he take care of it but was able to get the stuff off my old phone even though the display didnt work!”
