“This PC Richard location has been here for a while. It is two levels and is spacious. Sells everything from TVs to coffee makers, headphones and beyond. Usually the help there is pretty good at helping you pick out or find what you came here looking for. I have purchased tvs from here and other things. Recently it has not been crowded here, which means not having to wait on any lines.”

“Great placeEverything you need to do your diy job My issue is with Dewalt hammer drill I purchased the drill March 5 of 2022 I used it once to make a hole in Cinderblock I finished the hole and placed it in my container with other tools because I have other standard drills that I use!!I tried it again a year later and it would not work I notified Dewalt and without blinking the woman said I'd have to pay to get it fixed I explained it was used it once I explained If when they open it they find that the damage was my fault then I would pay for it but if it's a defect they should repair it free of charge!I'm still waiting Respectfully Tony Sanchez [email protected]”
“My wife and I had our washing machine burn out. The team at Bondy gave us a great deal on a new stackable set that included delivery, install, and removal of our old set. “Frankie went above and beyond his role to help me find a solution instead of selling products in the store's inventory. He even reached out to his team for some recommendations/solutions, and responded on the following day. The cashier was also awesome, he noticed that I was looking for Frankie while checking out another customer and notified Frankie to assist me. I was looking for a faucet adaptor that's no more than a few bucks, and Frankie/his team demonstrated great customer service professionalism in compared with several other plumbing stores which just responded "we don't carry this type of adapters."”

“Great place... We remodeled our kitchen and we went to maybe 5 or so other appliance stores that were irksome for a variety of reasons. Here we got straightforward advice and opinions on what models and brands to choose, what would be worthwhile spending extra on and what wouldn't be. It was so nice working with salespeople who actually know the options well, will listen to what you want/need, and give their honest opinions.”

“If you're used to big box stores Audio Video Center might not look like much. Rather small space, crammed with every kind of appliance or TV / Audio equipment imaginable.Remember that you can always talk to people working there and check if they can order models they do not have in stock at the moment. They are also dealers for full range of Paradigm speakers and Anthem audio components.Besides that they always have some separate audio equipment that you can demo anytime (tube + solid state amps for example).Price wise I've found that most stuff is a bit under MSRP, but the best thing is you can always talk the price down a bit.But I think the best thing about this store is that they deliver within the city (last time it was a flat rate of $25, plus they got the merchandise into my apartment and inspected it for any possible damage)”

“I popped in this morning for some last minute supplies for a cleaning job. I'm pretty versed in city pricing and I have to say I was impressed. The people that work there are all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store because of the pricing, the customer service and the variety of stock options.”
“It's a smaller store than most because it's in midtown. You should check before going to see if they have what you need. If not they will ship it from there Jersey store within a day or two. People are nice.”

“I stopped in last week to look around and pick up some swifter pads, wet and dry. The prices are similar to Amazon. I have been a customer of this Home Depot for many years back to when they were by Bloomingdale’s.
This location is a little bit hard to find items as it is chopped up and spread over 3 floors. However, they have an army of staff who are willing to help you find anything in the store.”
