Chase Bank is a mixed bag when it comes to customer service. While some customers have reported having an "amazing experience" with helpful and professional staff, including a manager who assisted them through a fraud issue, others have described the customer service as "really bad." These customers felt the tellers were "useless" and that the bank would be better off just having a phone number on a billboard rather than a physical branch. However, one customer did note that the bank teller was "very helpful and friendly" in answering their questions, and found the location convenient, being next to a subway station and Starbucks.
I have to say I had an amazing experience at this Chase Branch. I walked in for a fraud in my account and all of the staff seemed very professional. I was later introduced to the manager of the branch (Kimberly I believe), who was extremely helpful and assisted every step of the way until my issue was resolved.

Really bad customer service, I asked a teller if she could activate my card. Why have a branch when they are useless? Just put a phone number on a billboard and call it a day.
