I went in with two big bags and they only took two items. I even read their style guide online and made sure to bring in season items that they would be looking for and still didn't help. I will say the staff is nice. But I don't get their buying practices

Great sell experience. They took a lot of the items we brought and the cash value was great! The manager and employees were extremely nice!!

One of the best resale, upcycling sources, vintage shops (my fav chelsea location-yet all are awesome). Teams at all locations in Manhattan really make these shops special!
