Tried to return an online order in store. They can't process my return in store because I initiated the return process online already. John is so accommodating. He helped me packed my return and mailed back to the warehouse. He even took time to text me the status after UPS picked up the return.

Big Lacoste fan, love the store. Caught them after a busy shopping season but I hope they stock up on more sizes. Shouts to Mikai, Tony, and the lady with the dyed hair - didn't catch her name but they all were on point and a great help.
