The left-hand door of building K also possibly sticks and has sometimes been too difficult for first-time users of building K doors. A woman who has been with you longer than I kindly helped me, and I have prevailed since then, PRAISE GOD. Thank you for asking. Bless you all for the sake of God's holy one, according to scripture, as a bruised reed he would not break. I love him and don't want to break a bruised reed. Come!”

“CSP Management is the caretaker of my HOA in the Deer Run Community. I can't express how wonderful it is to work with all of the staff. The response to work orders is quick and efficient, and the expertise of the craftsmen is amazing. They have built new steps in front of my home, completely sanded and repainted my front porch. Over the weekend my closet shelf collapsed. I put in a work order, received a call back within hours, and voila, Butch rebuilt the shelf and it is stronger than ever. Thank you CSP staff and Management for making my life richer. I hope your contract is renewed for many years.”

“Very good apartment, I think the price is a great value for the location. Awesome design for a two bedroom (except for having two doors to the same bedroom lol). I wish the buzzer system worked to let guests in without having to go all the way to the back door or downstairs, but I overall have had a great experience.The main thing I would complain about would be that they don't have guaranteed parking passes to the parking garage connected to the building. I had to park my car in a garage down the street for the first 5 months of my lease because the city ran out of passes, even though there were multiple floors with mostly empty spaces. I wish they would make a deal to reserve a certain number of spots for residents like the Marriott does.The only other thing that can be a pain is non-urgent maintenance. It generally takes 2-3 maintenance requests to get something fixed/replaced when it is not an emergency.”

When a problem arose due to boxes not being properly labeled, they were able to use their pick up photos to locate his boxes. Great phone service, great service overall!”
