“Hatchet Hardware is great to have in the neighborhood. So many independent hardware stores have gone out of business, and many items are not available in the big box stores.”
“David and the Renaissance team created something absolutely perfect for our wedding - from initial contact with ideas, vibes and budget, through the final meeting and execution, I couldn’t recommend Renaissance more. Our wedding ceremony pieces, simple and beautiful bud vase designs, a romantic bar piece and bouquets better than my Pinterest, all were the most romantic pieces I could’ve imagined!”

“From start to finish (a very short time, a plus) this was a wonderful experience. The finished product is terrific, and produced a strong upgrade to the overall appearance of the rooms. Every aspect of the project was simple - the measurements were taken one day after we selected the shade type and color, and the shades arrived quickly. The install was performed by an in house installer, who was polite, efficient, and professional.
I would absolutely recommend EGWC, without hesitation. And - special thanks to Delaney.”
“Bluebird Home Decor is an absolute gem and my go-to place for finding unique pieces! The store itself is so beautiful and welcoming. It’s a treat just to walk in.
They always have a large amount of gorgeous merchandise to choose from, and what I love most is that they are constantly updating and adding to their selection, so there is always something new and inspiring.
On my last visit, the owner spent quality time helping me brainstorm ideas for my home for the holiday season. (Bluebird should be on everyone’s list for Christmas decor! Their selection is amazing!!) His expertise and style are spot on, offering tailored suggestions that truly elevated my home. Five stars, highly recommend!”
“Sweet Sprig(and Potato!!) is a refreshing addition to the local retail scene, offering a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The shop’s relaxed vibe makes it a pleasure to browse, with thoughtfully curated goods that feel both unique and personal. I especially love how it highlights and supports local vendors, giving the space a genuine community feel. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to linger in—and keep coming back to.”
“This is a unique boutique, where every item displayed has been personally selected by the owner. A mix of new and vintage pieces, the selection changes frequently and is never stale. We have several pieces from b.inspired home. This time of year it is a great place to find one-of-a-kind Christmas decor. Any time of year, the staff is friendly and helpful, creating a nice shopping environment. I could go on for some time describing the treasures that await just inside the door, but I'll let the photos I took there this week do the talking for me. Go soon! You'll not be disappointed!”
“Very accommodating, very friendly. Awesome to deal with. I needed something in a hurry and they came through with great service, a great product and a great price.
I will definitely be back.”
“An adorable shop filled with creations beautifully made by local artisans. The new location is bright & airy, and really showcases the artisans' works.Everything is reasonably priced and great quality and the owner, Cassie is a lovely lady!”
“I had a wonderful experience meeting Paula (the owner). The store is filled with lots of really neat finds. She is so passionate about her store it was a good feeling and so welcoming. And yes, I walked away with some really fun "stuff". Give it a try. She's awesome.”
“Great location with easy access & plenty of parking. Unique handmade items by talented artisans, antiques, furniture, home decor along with metaphysical items & jewelry. Its one stop shopping.”
“We had an amazing experience working with Steven Dean. He did a fantastic job transforming our family room and also provided invaluable help with our kitchen project. What impressed us most was how well he listened to everything we said. He truly understood our vision and brought it to life perfectly. If you want a designer who listens to your needs and delivers beautiful results, look no further!”
“I brought my jacket here to get a logo embroidered, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Their attention to detail is truly impeccable. I have used large, well-known corporate embroidery services in the past that turned out horrible, but this local shop completely blew them away. If you want flawless, high-quality work, support this amazing small business. They also have the cutest gifts. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Staff was helpful, they knew where things were and was easy to find when they told me how to get there. Store was relatively clean and would have gotten five stars but the bathrooms were disgusting. Ladies room was just atrocious and I know that wasn't necessarily their fault but they need to walk in there every so often and see how it is for the public. I turned around walked right out.”
“We have bought three times from Raymour & Flanigan. Every time, it has been a great experience. The sales team members are very knowledgeable and helpful and take time to understand your requirements. The delivery is on time and the white glove installation process (along with old mattress/bed removal, if applicable) is flawlessly executed. Fully recommended.”

“The worst. I ordered a fireplace in Nov.8. 2021. Which was in shock. Now no one had the decency to call me to let me know that the fireplace wasn't coming on dec.2 2021. All I got was a sorry I can wait until January. I'm going to cancel and take my business elsewhere.”

“What an amazing experience, especially with their Christmas decor. I was briefly whisked back to childhood. What an amazing feeling. The array of items and the quality makes for a great combination. Enjoy the experience seeing how it comes, but once a year!”

“Frankie was kind, knowledgeable, and gave us the space we needed to review our options but also understood what we were looking for and provided helpful suggestions.”
“Amazing place. It recalled my hobbies with scale model cars, lego's etc., and those were the times. If you walk inside this superstore, you are sure to get lost and start reminiscing.
Shelf after shelf of items that will tempt you. I am traveling so difficult for me to pick up items I want. However, I still managed to find several items worth taking home.
Best part? price. They are so reasonable. The staff are admirably friendly and helpful. A great place to buy Halloween stuff and other party and home hobbies. If you plan on home decor, then this place has a good collection.
All in all, a fun place to be.”

“Went in to the store in Latham,NY yesterday looking for a new couch. Kese was excellent! A huge help when we needed but not overbearing. Answered all our questions and just a GREAT attitude. Would definitely shop there and with him again! Kese gets 5 starts from me.”
“I bought my battery powered EGO snowblower from Amazon, but it didn't start. I brought it, under warranty to Hatchet, and got it back in under 2 weeks in good working order. They did a splendid job. I'll go back to them for my hardware needs.”
“I love the store, lots to chose from. Great options, but your cashier staff is not great. Had an unpleasant experience with a young lady at the cash register which was uncalled for. I did email customer service about the experience. I have worked customer service for many years and nothing taints your shopping experience more than a poor check-out experience.”
