“Love this place . You can really score if your into DIY , definitely the place to go to save a couple dollars yet get some decent items like anywhere they have levels to their quality of tools.... Something for everyone, contractors, hobbiest, DIYers home repair so much stuff, it's like Disneyland for the DIYers.!”
“Tools aren't super expensive, I buy my lawnmowers here every 3 years. Bought one for the oldest kid for Father's day. Still work's like a dream. Prices are up, but they are up everywhere. And I would pay more for products that are made in America with American sourced and built parts.
My wife bought a Genesis special edition drill and lost the charger. The manager is giving me a free charger. I'll keep buying our tools and mowers here. But I'll keep buying my Craftsman tools for the car and heavy-duty work. Mowers, as long as they're gas, I'll buy them here. Snowblowers I will buy.at home Depot But doors, toilet seats, here.”

“Great store and very helpful staff with NAME brand respectable tools such as Craftsman, Crescent, DeWalt and more solid, brand name tools. The cashier was more worried about the tariffs than anything else. AKA, Suburban Hardware.
Says ACE on the outside. I hope that this store will last, because it's a great store with great products and the staff there are always ready to help. It's great to have a variety of personnel with varying political views who actually work quite well together. I know that I'll be going back to this ACE to get new drill chargers and batteries.
Still, my favorite ACE hardware store is the Weedsport NY store. Extremely knowledgeable country boys and gals that can turn a wrench and will always get up on a ladder to get a tool set or product for you.
They help the elderly as well. Parking lot can be a bit mucky there. But we're good to go, at either location. I like this new ACE location is a good one. So line up and give thrm a chance. And always smile back. Thanks.”

“On Feb 4 around 11:45am, I entered Home Depot Cicero in search of a product recommended by my plumber. I spoke with the female assoc who was at the entrance, and she not only told me where to find it but walked me to the exact location. We talked about how much I needed, and she plucked the larger (heavier) bottle off the shelf to carry it to the front - right to customer service (which was on the side on thr store where I parked). She then went one step further and asked the CS gentleman to carry it out to my car for me. I knew I was not feeling well, but the perceptiveness of the young lady was beyond expectation. I was remiss in getting their names, so I hope the scheduler or manager can determine who they are and extend my gratitude for their kindness sometimes not found in our world today. Thank you.”

“I've been on the hunt for screws with a metric size for a good while now for an Ikea dining table (I still have the screws that came with the table, but they mysteriously no longer fit)... the big box stores couldn't help me, so the search continued... finally a nice hardware shop owner suggested I try Rumetco... not only was everyone nice and friendly, they also custom cut the screws to fit my dining table perfectly, AND their prices were much better than on Amazon. Thank you Rumetco! I greatly appreciate you!”

“Attention Truckers: When delivering here and if your driving a 53 ft trailer, drive very slow onto the parking lot as there is a mailbox there which could be hit, have your tandems adjusted accordingly. Check in with the staff and they'll have you dock in an available door. This will mostly be a straight line back if you set yourself up correctly. Unloading was under an hour and I got my signed BOL's from receiver. And when you leave, again do it very slowly and with cautionOverall The workers here are very friendly and have a good sense of humor. I would deliver here again!”
“Ricardo was awesome to work with. My fiancé and I went in looking for an air nailer and quickly realized how overwhelming all the options were, we were honestly about to make the wrong purchase. We asked Ricardo to unlock one so we could buy it, and he stepped in right away.
After asking a few questions about our project, he quickly realized it wasn’t the right tool for what we needed and saved us from making a bad purchase. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and guided us to the correct nailer. “I can't say enough about the fine folks at Jamesville Hardware! I was doing some work on my 16 year-old self-propelled lawnmower. Because the mower is so old, I was having trouble locating a discontinued part that was needed to fix it. Roger helped me find a replacement part and even helped me disassemble the piece in his shop to allow the part fit on my current mower.Wishing I could give these folks 6 STARS. I will definitely return to Jamesville Hardware very soon! Great place. Better people!”
“This location is great. All of the employees are very nice and willing to help. The new manager has made this location even better and he has no problem taking 10 or 15 minutes of his time to explain something to you. The new garden center is beautiful and not packed full of stuff no one wants like other places. Always have a great selection of chicken and ducks as well as great seasonal products.”
