Even though the office was closing in just a minute when I arrived, Caitlin took the initiative to help with my urgent 50 tri-fold brochure order. She stayed 30 minutes late to ensure everything was printed and ready for me right then, as they wouldn’t open the next morning until after I needed them. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly remarkable. “I was in and out of this store in just a few minutes. The weather ifoutside was over 90 degrees and I not only had to return my Amazon pkg.. but I also had to carry my 18 pound puppy.m(the pavement was boiling hot) The associate saw that I was struggling to carry the box and my dog.. she rushed over and took my box and asked me if it was an Amazon return.. I provided her with my scan code and she thanked me for using UPS and gave me my receipt. She asked me if she could help me with anything else. I advised her that I would return when the weather was cooler to ship out a watercolor painting that I had sold.. She advised that UPS could package the painting and ship it too the buyer..”

“I live in a small town about 9-10 miles away from the Fayetteville Post Office. We have our own Post Office here. I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The staff in Fayetteville is super, super friendly and helpful. They give tips and suggestions freely. The lines move fast and they make the whole errand a great experience....thank you all so much.”

“This is the closest Post Office to my workplace and I love the location. Robin and Deb are very friendly and accommodating. I've even seen them use a translator app to help customers who don't speak English figure out what they need. They give directions and are very knowledgeable on everything from how to get a passport to ordering mail products online for businesses. Hey process money orders quickly and seem to get to know customers which I love. The ladies are great and if you go early there is almost no wait. It gets busy around 11am.”

My mom passed away 1.5 years ago, and I finally got them mailed out. My siblings said they were packed very well and they were very pleased.
