“I went in to the Getzville Post Office last month to get a passport picture taken and send my completed application. They couldn't have been more helpful. They saw that I had signed the application in blue ink instead of black and gave me a new form. They took multiple pictures and included more than one with the application to be sure that at least one was acceptable. They had pre-addressed envelopes.
I explained that I needed it in about ten weeks and they told me that I didn't need to pay extra to expedite it. I received my new passport in 17 DAYS. Thanks for the help!”

“This is my favorite post office! The staff have been helpful every time I visited. I like the long flexible hours which means I can send mails and packages at a time when other post offices are closed. This is very useful especially on weekends. Never had any issues going there.”
“I screwed up my appointment for my passport, Jahid took me anyway and got me through the process. Even though he didn't have to. I would have had to reschedule and do a whole different day, awesome employee, and amazing service!!”

“My favorite post office around! I'm on track to ship 500+ orders this year and they've NEVER LOST a single package unlike those brown trucks. 😒
It also lacks those stupid kiosks, so you actually get to speak to a human. I know strange right?? Customer Interaction is always great, people are friendly. This is the way a small town postal office should be, and I hope it stays this way!!!”

“This is a central Post Office so it's always got a line. Also don't try and make a left out of the parking lot, you'll be waiting and holding up everyone else forever.”
“best usps location. always competent and able to help. they take walk-ins for passports on saturdays and the process is quick and efficient. couldn’t recommend this location enough”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”

“Typical college bookstore. Almost everything is obscenely overpriced. One positive is that you can order your textbooks online and ship them to the store to save on shipping fees. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by several employees, and asked if I needed assistance. I just handed them my email confirmation, and I was given my books. Easy in and out in less than 15 minutes. You can probably find the books much cheaper online if you look hard enough.”
“Great post office these people work very hard and they have a counter that you can drop off pre-labeled Parcels so you don't have to wait in line. A well-oiled machine in my opinion”

“I love the increasing number of Post Offices with 24-hour kiosks available so that I am still able to process and send my letters and packages at off hours, around my schedule. The kiosks are easy to use and offer a wide variety of options.”

“The best thing about this specific USPS are the staff except for the short overweight woman she is such a pain to deal with. Otherwise they would have five stars cuz the gentlemen that work there are incredible! They are so friendly, helpful and honestly hilarious. Shout out to Terrance! I love that guy!!!”
