“Centrally located, great hours. I live in the Southtowns so I normally go to my local Post Office, but when I need a later one, I love that this is available. I've always been treated respectfully and the postal workers are fast-working and knowledgeable!”
“Love the friendly and familiar faces that are luckily still there through rain, snow and sunshine. They're always glad to see me, as I am them. The 24/7 kiosk is very convenient and easy to use.”
“Over-the-top helpful counter employee. Very diligent with sending packages - holding the line on who sends what. I’m impressed with the conscientiousness of USPS staff.”
“I think Darlene may have been the best, friendliest, and customer oriented employee I have ever seen. I came in for a new passport and she helped me through the whole process. She was happy, eager to help, and knowledgeable in what she was doing. The experience she gave will make me want to go back to see her again! Thank you Darlene!”
“I loved the service! I tend to be anxious at USPS because it feels like I have to do everything by myself when I don't even know what I have to do. But the workers there were super helpful!”
“This is a small post office. Be mindful that it does serve a bigger community now-so depending on when you go, it might be a little busy. They are closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30. The lady at the counter is friendly. Parking is on the street”

“I love the increasing number of Post Offices with 24-hour kiosks available so that I am still able to process and send my letters and packages at off hours, around my schedule. The kiosks are easy to use and offer a wide variety of options.”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”
“Typical college bookstore. Almost everything is obscenely overpriced. One positive is that you can order your textbooks online and ship them to the store to save on shipping fees. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by several employees, and asked if I needed assistance. I just handed them my email confirmation, and I was given my books. Easy in and out in less than 15 minutes. You can probably find the books much cheaper online if you look hard enough.”
“Super nice. I made a mistake and marked sad face under the credit card. I really didn’t mean to. The guy was super nice and helpful. I wasn’t having a good day. He was very understanding. I hate technology.”
“I had to get a passport and started in GI they sent me to niagara falls then had to go to north Tonawanda to get a updated birth certificate. I did not have an appointment, but I was hoping they took walked ins. The 2 guys WERE AWESOME. nicer than any one at grand island and niagara falls. Great personality, very friendly and they even let you smile.. north Tonawanda post office guys ROCKS”
