“This hardware store in Ozone Park is the best. The owners are so knowledgeable and friendly. They have all types of tools, electrical supply, plumbing supply and household items. I also have been cutting keys there for over 10 years. I highly recommend them.”
“I’ve been going to this hardware store for a couple of years. It’s an old-school spot with a large inventory, and it’s almost never busy, so it’s easy to get what you need. The prices can be a little on the expensive side depending on the item, but it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a neighborhood hardware store—just compare prices like any other shopper and you’ll be fine. The customer service can vary. People often say the staff is rude, and I’ve had a few moments in the past where the service wasn’t great. But I recently went back before writing this review, and the experience was much better. They were helpful, gave me recommendations on what product I needed, and even suggested where else I could find it when they didn’t have it. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable spot with room for improvement, but I’ve had enough good experiences to give it four stars.”
