“I work for a company that needed the CEO's 12ft high sculpture moved from NY to Dallas. (by the way it's still in transit) They did an excellent job and were definitely one of the more affordable services. We are super happy with every experience we had. Even when I called their office, my contact person wasn't there (cause I called before 9 am), but a different guy kindly said she would be in 20 minutes, and he was happy to take my question if he could answer it. I'd def. recommend their service.”

“Where do I start, Carl and Denise was very helpful. I had trouble trying to decide on a unit and both was so helpful and knowledgeable about storing as well as attending to my needs. Carl asked me in detail what would I be storing and I explained it wasn’t much, clothing things like that. Right away he picked out the unit, showed it to me so I can see what size I would be working with and it was perfect. We went to the office and I was able to store right away. Thank you Denise and Carl for making this easy for me. Exceptional customer service. A+++”

“I wanna start off by saying, I regret not choosing these guys first. It would have honestly saved me from the drama and added expense. This review starts with a negative experience from another moving company. We originally choose a moving company that a friend suggested. They had a lot of negative reviews, but I foolishly thought that the small amount of negative reviews couldn't be that bad. It was worse then I could have ever imagined. TLDR: The first moving company flaked out on us the day of the move which also happened to be the day before the house closed. They came up with a wild excuse as to why they wouldn't do the job and then just dropped everything and left. Understandablely, My family and I were freaking out. That's when I reached out once again to Expo Movers and spoke to Ivan. I explained what happened and the tight situation we were in. He assured me that they would help us and to be honest I can't imagine how tirelessly this man could have worked, because the very next day he had a team out to my mom's house and without any complaints, they packed up everything in my mom's house as well as a pod at a pods storage facility. My mom and sister complimented on how fast and professional the men were, a striking contrast to the day before. Now it's important to point out that all of this happened on Thursday Aug 6th of this year. The move was from New York to Arizona. The moving truck arrived in Arizona on August 8th, later in the afternoon. I'm still shocked by how quickly they arrived. Another important thing to add is that we didn't have a shared truck. It was one truck for all of my family's stuff. It turned out that on the way to Arizona, there was an emergency with one of the other drivers and that driver had to fly home. The other driver continued to Arizona where he'd end up unloading the entire truck all by his self. All the while communication was wide open with Ivan. I can't remember if Ivan was the supervisor or a sales associate, but regardless I can never thank him and the rest of his team nearly as much as I already have. This company was quite literally the answer to my prayers in a moment I wouldn't wish upon anyone. I wish there was a way to rate more than 5 stars. They truly did go above and beyond. Thank you so much again Ivan, and the rest of the team. P.s. I'm not really going to discuss the cost. Understandablely it ended up costing a bit more than what were originally charged, but considering that Ivan had to plan all of this the day before his man came, he legitimately pulled off a miracle. Now to be honest it would have cost less in a sense to go with Expo Movers to begin with. The moving company that flaked on us was $5000 cheaper than Expo. In comparison, other moving companies were more expensive. Moral of the story...stick with Expo Movers. They are absolutely worth it.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish! Charles was amazing in helping us scope the move. On move-in day, Mario, Luis, and Ray moved us from a 1BR ground-floor apartment to a 3BR on the 4th floor, and they made what could’ve been a stressful day completely painless. They were incredibly efficient while still being careful with every piece of furniture and box. They were super friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. Could not have asked for a better crew!”

“I've rented here years ago and there's a reason why I chose to come back. Matthew, Lilia, and Renee are SOOO welcoming and such genuine, warm, people. I was going back and forth about the size of my storage unit and finally pulled the plug. Lilia called me right after and walked me through the whole process of completing my booking online versus doing it in person since I had to run to work and couldn't come in right away. I followed her instructions and it was so easy. I was able to just come in and start packing my storage in the unit. Matthew called me earlier today to let me know he put a lock on my door so that it stays locked until I arrive and that my new lock will be inside the unit. They even put it in a gift bag!”

“Chanqua took the time to help me tour the facility and I was more than happy to start my rental of a storage locker with this facility. She was very efficient and kind in explaining everything to me clearly. The facility is accessible (using my car which there was plenty of room for parking) but doesn't have too much foot-traffic which is good. Pricing was great and the access with the app / bluetooth was easy and safe. I feel good about the amenities of the facility and I look forward to continuing business with this establishment.”
