“Great personnel who are not grumpy when you rush in 2 minutes before closing. Small approx 8x10 foot service waiting area that is well lit, clean and cheerful. “The employees are always helpful, they know their customers by name, they have mailing supplies & forms readily available and are patient in answering all our many (& I'm sure repetitive) questions.
The delivery vehicles sent out from Carmel are, weather permitting, always punctual with their delivery routes; I know when post will be delivered and I can plan around that if needed, and the drivers are kind enough to deliver some packages to the door!
When i send packages from Carmel post office, they arrive at their location usually before the expected delivery date. 100% pleased with neighborly and professional demeanor of staff. Thank you for all you do day in and day out!”

“This post office stepped up. Much better than Brewster, who just refuse packages for no reason. I never had those problems with Patterson PO. Very helpful and friendly. So what they get a long lunch break, change your job if you want a longer lunch break too.”
