“I've always had excellent help at my neighborhood Staples. But yesterday was exceptional. I took in 220 name tags at 5:15pm I needed printed for an event. I was told that would be ready after 1:00 pm today. He saw the disappointment on my face, as I had a 12:00 meeting with friends to help me put together everything today. I said it wasn't a big deal that I would figure out a way to get it done myself. 2 hours later I had a message that they were ready. I was so appreciative, as it turned out it was much more time consuming than I thought it was going to be, and I never would have had time to do it by myself.”
“A big thank you to the staff at the Staples print center. I used their online portal to design my project and assigned it to their store for printing. I waited about 30 minutes, then called the store to confirm they received my order.
The friendly staff let me know exactly when it would be ready for pick up. I stopped by the next day and they had my project ready to go. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.”

Despite the plague of Amazon returns that infects all sorts of shipping locations the staff was upbeat and can-do.
It’s easy to park and jump in/out of this shop. The hours are great. While they recently seem to have lost their notary you can visit the nearby credit union which offers free notary services (other side of the the new Starbucks).
One thing I would have liked to see is the envelope for express document shipping on the customer side of the counter. Then we could put documents in it and be more ready when we approach.”

“Hands down the only way to ship a rowing scull. I built a wooden rowing scull and Steve and his son brought it north from Florida to Massachusetts intact and helped me change a flat tire on my car at the handover. They are terrific”
“I was shipping to my daughter in Colorado who lives at an apartment complex. The first time I made a mistake in requesting signature on delivery. The package was shipped back to me; the box was damaged, hiwever the contents were intact.
Today I shipped the package again without signature required. Cost me another $70.00 however I really wanted my daughter to get this before I saw her for Christmas this year.
After explaining all of this to Tatianna, she said the best option was to ship without signature on delivery. I wanted to ship directly to another UPS store in Colorado for my daughter to pick it up there. Unfortunately I was told I couldn’t do this.
Tatianna was very professional in handling my request. She was taking care of me and walk ins at the same time, and did this very easily. She was all business and that’s okay. I did make her smile though as I left the store.
This is my go to store as it is near our home.”

“I don't interact with USPS all that often, but whenever I've gone into the office or had to call with a delivery question, the agents I've dealt with have been nothing but extremely friendly and helpful. There's the stereotype of the disgruntled postal worker - and maybe they are - but you'd never know it by the way they treat you as a customer.
