“Stopped in to see what a fitting was all about. Had a very nice conversation with TJ detailing all the ins and outs of being fitted for clubs. He advised me to make 3 separate appointments. One for driver/fairway woods, one for irons, and one for wedges/putter. Pennfair was the only shop I spoke with that recommended different sessions and believe me I was so happy I followed his advice. He wanted to be sure I was fresh each day to give the best data to fit the best club. It all worked out beautifully. The new clubs fit perfect. consistency is way up and my handicap is dropping. Awesome professional experience. I'll be a customer for life.”
“Positive memorable customer service instances are rare and I was pleasantly surprised here.Long story short, ordered two racquetball racquets. Turns out stock was depleted after ordering. Instead of a simple refund, Cate contacted me and gave me the impression that my business was wanted.After a few back and forth emails, I am still receiving my equipment. Cate and BRS (Bell Racquet Sports) made me feel valued. I will definitely consider them for future racquet sports needs and you should, too.”

“Had a very last minute need for a faceoff head that was already strung and ready to go. Looked online to see if the specific String King head was in fact in stock. We called and left a VM and received a call back a short while later. It was in stock and we headed to the store. My son and I were in and out of the store in short time with exactly what my son was seeking. Added bonus is the sweet dog that was literally just hanging out with the store employee/owner. Sweet dog that came to say hello and went back to the spot he was relaxing in when we came in. Great experience and customer service! Highly recommend shopping for all lax needs at Lacrosse Unlimited of Rochester!”

“I visited this store on April 29 1 pm or thereabouts. Was greeted very nicely by an employee. As I was looking at items a second employee offered assistance. I was advised my item would be introduced in May and they could contact me. So nice to feel important. Note I visited 12 stores in the mall. This was the only store where an employee recognized my presence, sad to say. Cheers to a great team!!! They should be commended for knowing what it means to provide excellent customer service.”

They loaned us a sizing kit, free of charge, and were willing to rush order our suits and caps (about 25-30 that needed to be logo'd for less than 3 weeks out) Simply put, I highly recommend supporting this local, woman owned business! I'll be referring all swim parents to them moving forward- at their soon to be Webster location. They have a great selection to choose from. Thank you again for your help!”
“There's a girl who was working in mostly black who helped me. She was very helpful and kind so I sent my sister with her 3 boys to buy skateboard there. She was working again and did a wonderful job. I will be back because of her. I wish I had her name. She deserves a raise.”
“You can get just about anything you see in here online for the same price or cheaper if they're having a sale online. Due to a lower overhead the owner can't really afford to compete with those flash sales you see online, so he rarely has "good" sales that go on. This company has turned into a mini franchise he's got a store at East view Mall, Market Place Mall, Waterloo Premium Outlets, Destiny Mall, Niagara Fashion Outlets. If they don't have a specific item or size at the store you're in they can look at other stores inventory and send it to other stores so you don't have to drive all over the I-90 which is a nice feature. Plus they have an online store as well. If you happen to run into Roni (currently works at Market Place but skips all over because she can't get along with other co-workers) then you may get a sour taste in your mouth about the business. She's fairly short with black hair and usually has a miserable demeanor about her. I used to work at the Waterloo store and Matt the owner is a terrific guy; who's established a great business name for himself. Why he still keeps paying Roni to do jack squat and produce horrible customer service is beyond me, but that's his choice as a business man. Keeping her on staff is the companies biggest flaw.”

“Above average quality, comfortable clothing at a very reasonable price. The manager at this store goes out of her way for the customer. If you find something to purchase, and your correct size is not in stock, the manager will gladly order it in your size and have it shipped to you at no additional cost. I have owned Eddie Bauer clothing for many years. They are one of the few clothing brands that will look as good as new after several washes, and remain nice looking for several years.”

“I'm giving this business a 5 because they have an amazing selection of stuff (relatively speaking anyway) in a great location. Capacity is one of the only places in Rochester that I'm aware of that sells well-curated hypebeast paraphernalia in a welcoming setting. The store was full of Supreme products, collectibles, Nikes and products from various recent rap tours. They accept cards and it seemed that they will also buy stuff, making it feel like a community-minded business. I purchased a Supreme x Les Enfants Terribles t-shirt for $27 - be warned that numerous items in the store retail upwards of $100 and $200 despite being used. This is a place for the savvy consumer, not to just randomly walk in to grab something for your kid / SO / friend without doing some research. Overall, I think this business has definite room to grow, but I had a good experience there and I encourage anyone with an interest in fashion, aesthetics or culture to check it out!”

“Hunting Horn is one of the nicest specialty retail establishments I have been into, really anywhere. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly, and the stock levels are excellent. Even when something is missing, they're quick to be able to order it. All of them seem to be pretty deeply involved in the riding world, and are able to recall stories or incidents from years ago. Frankly, if every shopping experience was this good, no one would ever bother to go online - I look forward to every visit.”
