“Like many others who need a fasting blood draw, I arrived a few minutes before 7:00am when the facility opens. The staff was wonderful, but the other patients waiting in line reflect the lack of common courtesy seen all too often.My suggestion is for RRH to provide a sign outside the glass door that explains a line should form to the right of the door and the door not be blocked. (There was someone standing with their nose about 6 inches from the door when another team member arrived, I am not exaggerating!) Waiting chairs should be arranged in a way that facilitates an easy to follow line. As an employer, RRH can do a little more to make the life of their hard working employees who interact with a semi-crazy public a little easier.Staff = 5 stars, minus one for the experience which could have been a little better.I'll continue to use this facility. I appreciate the skill and care of the staff.”

Every single other lab I've gone to has had to poke me multiple times in multiple places. I am terrified everytime because of all the bad experiences I've had with draws. They are confident and good at what they do, it never takes more than one stick, and I highly recommend them!”

“Don't go in for blood work if you're in a rush. All other businesses are short staffed. Just as this place is. I've been to this facility 4 times for blood work and it's been a slow but pleasant experience. Never had any issue with rude staff. They do the best they can with what they have to work with. It would be nice if the online presents reflected the change of hours that the facility is open. Still currently open at 8am Tuesdays and Thursdays for blood work. For anyone looking for that answer like i was.”

“Just got back from my fasting blood draw. I got there a few minutes after opening. Being it's a holiday week, there were only four people ahead of me. Self check-in, friendly ladies at the reception desk. I only waited about ten minutes. Pleasant phlebotomist with a gently touch. Highly recommend this lab. NOW I can have my coffee! :-)”
“Dr Sanchez is wonderful. She recommended a switch from a long time inhaler to a new and way better one. My child has not had one issue since using this new inhaler. This is the season for him to get a long standing cough that doesn't go away unless treated with antibiotics. To avoid the inhaler helped. Until it didn't.. The other one, Flovent was not cutting no longer....She switched him to symbicort. And Very thing has been just fine. I'm so grateful. Thank you Dr Sanchez”
“Arrived at 10am on a Monday and am leaving now at 10:20am. Check in was simple and a phlebotomist came out not even 5 minutes after I put my name in.She did a great job also, no trouble finding a vein where others have had a hard time ??”

“I just came from their office and the blood tech named Kody Cox is very good...he is very concerned when he takes your blood, he asked me if I was ok while he took my blood and even after he was done he asked me if I was ok. I appreciate him... I have never had anyone that has drawn my blood ask me if I was ok and that just amazed me. He needs to get a reward for being so kind and concerned we need more people like him in this world. Kody Cox great job today!!!”

“This company was used to complete my life insurance physical (in Home physical). I can’t speak to the facility and I will say that making the appointment wasn’t the best (it took days for them to call back)...BUT when Ron came to complete my physical, he was AWESOME!! He was the nicest guy, so kind and caring! I do not handle getting my blood taken well but he was so good that I barely felt it at all. He spoke to my kids as if they were his own and I could tell he really enjoys his job. I’d definitely recommend!”
