“These guys go above and beyond with their service. They are responsive, will call you back when they say they will, and are very honest. Their lead tech, Rick, is one of the more knowledgeable guys in the industry when it comes to German cars. They were able to identify an underlying issue with my Audi that not even the dealership noticed. They let me use a loaner car as long as I needed and even deep cleaned the interior and exterior of my car while they were working on it. My car looked as clean as it did the day I bought it. “My wife and I were in a general search for a new vehicle. We visited Balkan Motors and were greeted by Irma.
After a short discussion of our needs, she showed us a couple options that were available.
We asked for a test drive and weren't rushed with time or a buying decision.
Irma was happy to provide a car Fax for the vehicles that we viewed.
After being able to consider the vehicles that we looked at that night, we decided to schedule a meeting to discuss purchase options.
We returned to Balkan Motors the next evening. Balkan did all the legwork to acquire paperwork and forms to attain title, registration and license plates for our new vehicle.
When finished, one of Balkans technicians went through general operation of our Suv and answered any questions we had with the new technology that was in our vehicle.
I highly recommend anyone to check out availability at Balkan when considering the purchase of a new vehicle.

“Gem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!”

“Yilgor is an amazing guy and the Car Nation is the best dealership. I drove all the way from Albany, NY to test a Toyota Corolla. The car was very clean, the price was great, and dealership arranged to handle everything. When I talked about my concerns, Yilgor double checked everything with the mechanic. Just to be safe, he even changed some parts. He gave me 1000 miles as guarantee, and now that I am writing this review, I already drove the car for 2000 miles and the car runs perfectly. Buying a used car seemed to be a difficult task for me but at the Car Nation,Yilgor made it an amazing experience to me. I wish I could leave 6 stars in my review. Definitely recommended!”

“I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle fixed on a number of occasions at North Coast Auto. Very professional service individuals who took care of what needed fixing. I originally went in for to have them look at what I thought would be a new muffler installation. It turned out that they could fix the muffler without charging me 1400 for a new catalytic converter and muffler system. I immediately liked these guys when I realized that they just saved me $1,000 instead of charging me. Then I went in again for a because my check engine light was on. It turned out to be nothing and I don't even think they charge me for that visit. All in all, I just trust that North Coast Auto will take care of me and my vehicle and I don't have to worry about them overcharging me. It's good to find a mechanic you can trust who is also courteous and professional. Highly recommend”

“Bob Johnson Mazda is the best car dealership I have ever done business with in my entire 74 years on this planet. Matt Fizsimmons was great. (no pressure), he even let us change models after we had chosen one on the day of pickup and paperwork was already made out.The service crew (Nick and Jon) are also great. I had my car in for service to replace a tire and pressure sensor and they did at no charge. I was even given a brand new loaner while repair was taking place. “Just wanted to say I love these guys man! I went in with bad credit from all the vehicle hard inquiries...I had no hope and I called Chuck and said I'm coming there at 12:25pm and he said give him till 1:30 to be at the dealership I said ok I'm getting dropped now I'll just wait. I sat there all the way to 1:30pm because because from speaking on the phone he sounded like he would be able to help me I had been turned down by other car places to the point it's embarrassing and it makes u feel like your less than because some of them are rude but chuck didn't make me feel at way allll! I also went to a dealer and got screwed out of my car smh he came in and ran my info and got me accepted for a loan I was shocked and they so fast and will get u ya car the same day or the next!! “2024Q1: My BMW racing buddy heard about Baris from a compatriot at our local BMW Club. He started getting his Bimmer tires here, and, based on his many good experiences with Baris Auto, he turned me on to this place. My daughter's fiancee had taken her car to his family's 20-year relationship mechanic, and, just by eye they said they would fail the car without new tires. They did the exact same thing to him with his NYSI the week before and he had to buy a set of new tires from them. As a result of this delay, my daughter's inspection expired, which would give a dishonest garage the exact kind of leverage they would use to manipulate a customer into buying services beyond what they need. I had my daughter (a young single female without automobile knowledge -- the kind dishonest mechanics prey upon) bring her car to Baris for NYSI. Baris carefully measured the remaining tire tread and, according to the specifications in the law, passed the car. This week I had an identical experience with Baris' NYSI measurement of my brake pads. Upon seeing how the honest, by-the-book, vehicle service & customer service experts at Baris handled matters, the fiancee switched to Baris. He got his father to switch too. Starting with the BMW CCA racers, that's at least four new families and ten new cars for Baris, just by word of mouth.”
“Went in here from a ad I saw posted on Facebook. I was struggling to find a reliable auto dealer that wouldn’t take advantage of the fact that I had no knowledge of cars. I found a safe,clean, and reliable vehicle for me and my kids and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Bob showed me multiple vehicles in my price range and didn’t push me at all. He gave me full details, carfax reports, wrote out all the numbers and “what if’s” for me to GO HOME and think about. I was pushed by the big car companies to make a decision right then and there and I don’t like that pressure. Being shown 5 vehicles that were in my price range and needs and given the opportunity to go home and think about it? Amazing. He did not call or push me and I ended up taking the vehicle of my choice to my mechanic who has been a long time friend. He wrote up what he thought it should be sold for and the one issue he found (a loose light bulb) and I brought it back to bob. My own mechanics value of the car was higher than the price tag from bob so I was sold. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a non pushy used car dealer in the Rochester area!”
