“I'm not a big fan of Verizon, but the Port Chester, NY location delivered top-shelf customer service from Styles. He came through again and again, with positive results for each of my concerns. He answered my questions in a no-nonsense way. He provided a clear understanding of what to expect from the data transfer and how long everything would take. Excellent visit thanks to a superstar. I wish every Verizon store offered this level of expertise, efficiency and friendliness. A+”

“Went in bc my phone wasn't working properly and wanted to know my options. The staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped me find the best option. Every technical road bump they smoothed over easily. I was helped by Tati, who, while porting my old phone to my new one, made that boring process very enjoyable. And during that time, the entire staff was noticeably attentive to everyone who came in. I highly recommend this location.”

I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. A very patient and wonderful Verizon associate who is pretty new only been with the company 4 months called Verizon customer service on my behalf and over and hour later had my service restored I've had the number almost 25 years with Verizon. The whole team was empathetic and restored my faith in customer service Thank you .”
