“I used to shop in Old Navy more often especially for one season use of summer clothes. Not so much now. This location has always been convenient for us making returns and for store pick up. I was in the store today (a Wednesday) a little after lunchtime and it was neatly organized. They also have great displays and clean fitting rooms. The young lady on the register wasn’t the most cordial; however for some reason I didn’t take the semi scowl on her face personal.There was another associate named Takayla who was very pleasant. I first encountered her in the fitting room then out on the sales floor. She was on point, with a welcoming demeanor.Same with the manager, Karen. She greeted me with a smile on her face. Chuckling… this is why I probably made a purchase after making my return from an online purchase.It’s between a Carvel and Ulta. There’s a large parking lot although there are several stores in the plaza.”

“I personally would like to thank the Joseph Banks staff for being professional, courteous and prompt. I came in for an adjustment for a custom suit and the tailor (wish I recalled his name was great) as he kept it simple but detailed.
The sales person who led to me to the tailor was Kyle, and SHE was the BEST! From helping me with choices in CLEARANCE to the dressing rooms to checkout, Kyle was patient, helpful and has a great eye for an outfit. I highly recommend stopping by for all you're fashion needs!”

“The store has a nice vibe and good selection. They can do custom orders. Good boot fitters - my last pair had a hot spot that they drilled out - perfection. I especially enjoy the vintage gear and photos decorating the walls. I used some of that stuff back in the day! Like leather lace-up boots and cable bindings.”
“I can't recommend Threads and Treads enough. I started running again in my late 30s and had tried ordering shoes online. After a few fails, I went in person and the staff were so helpful. They looked at my feet and the arches, the width, my stance, how I walk... and helped direct me to a shoe that would support all these areas. Highly recommend supporting this business so we can keep stores alive that really provide expertise and guidance we will never get through big box stores. One note: keep the box! you can't return unless you have the box :)”

“I ordered a small gift for my husband to celebrate an accomplishment. The item itself was beautiful and high quality. But I want to say that, for all the expensive orders Richards must get, I was so appreciative and touched by the attention to detail and customer service I received. Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. Would 100% recommend this store.”
“Joe Zemo is a "different" kind of guy. He is not your expected pleasant mildly obsequious tailor. If anything he's a bit of the opposite. He is opinionated and often loud and even may appear to some to be arrogant. He really isn't, he cares about his clients and their appearance. He has definite opinions but he is very often right, and he will do right by you. His main business is formal wear rentals but he has a made to measure service which is very good. And he utilizes very good companies to produce his piece goods. I have never done a suit with him but I would imagine it would be a successful project. I am overall pleased with my experience with shirts and trousers. Don't let the mid-60s (mid-50s?) look of the shop or Joe's demeanor stop you. If you are pleasant to him he will be to you, even if at times he remind you of a football or basketball coach. He maybe the only old-style men's clothing store left in Stamford, and he is with a visit.”

“Went to Kohl’s this morning to pick up a few items.
Mario was extremely helpful and was so willing to assist me!
I needed to run to my car before purchasing my items
and Mario kept them secure and was waiting for me upon my arrival back into the store.
While I was trying to manage the self check out I realized one of my items didn’t have a bar code ticket.
Once again, Mario stepped In to assist me and could not have been nicer!
