“I don't have an account with key Bank but I live in an agency and I get a laundry check every month for 30 I go in there and the customer service is amazing they they just asked me for my social security number cuz I don't have a bank account and they just give me the cash very polite I appreciate them for whatever they do they they have to deal with a lot of people right now with this whole pandemic and people are of course are going to get really upset and yell at them but I think they are handling it well kudos to their manager as well and I will see you guys later today cuz I'm cashing my check by the way”

“Jim Mcardle and his crew are absolutely amazing. I started a lifelong business relationship with Vince L back in 2002 and have experienced a level of service that is unprecedented. From Vince to Liz and now Brandi; everyone in the group is amazing. Over the years in business together some have asked me why I chose a smaller regional bank for my businesses, family and other personal needs. Well now the shutdown has led to the need for gigantic assistance with the government loans and the neigh sayers are still waiting for the "too big to help" banks. Unfortunately, many of our good small businesses locally are suffering as these giants are protecting themselves and forgetting about the small and mid size businesses. Instead, Jim and his crew have made it their mission to assist the region. Do your research and you will find that these loans give little profit to the bank and come with tons of work (probably why your big boy banks are refusing to help you) My recommendation to you is to switch all of your business to Rhinebeck Bank. “I had such a great experience at this branch. I needed to have a few documents notarized and was able to make an appointment online. It was super simple. Once I arrived at the branch, the traffic was being regulated to ensure a safe environment. There weren't a ton of people just walking in and out. You also were required to wear a mask. Here's the best part. When I went in for my appointment, I was immediately taken to a notary and I was in and out within 5 mins. UNHEARD OF! I hate going to get documents notarized at other locations because I usually have to sit and wait for a while. Once I was even told there was no notary available after waiting for a while. So frustrating. This experience was amazing and zero stress. I'll be coming here for now on.”

“Today 9/12/24 I had the pleasure of coming to your poughkeepsie branch and dealing with Alina. I was in a panic fearing the worst that my account had been frozen when attempts to pay a bill after a direct deposit of my paycheck finding the card was denied. Alina dealt with me with patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding. Making a gut wrenching situation as easy and pleasant as possible. Not only did she perform excellent customer service, she also reset the tone of my entire day.In that moment I found myself reflecting back on the hundreds of transactions I've completed thru her and came to the realization that she has always performed in the same manner. Ulster saving should be delighted at two facts in this situation
1) That your institution is lucky enough in this day and age to have such a person in their employ
2) That I don't have my own business, because I would pay her whatever she wants to come work for me.
Thankfully for you guys I am a civil servant and in no need for employees.
Please do everything in your power to keep her at your institution, she is by far the best at what she does that I have ever seen in my 48 years.
