One thing I really appreciate is that whenever my mom comes for gas, the guys always come outside and help her pump it without hesitation. It’s small acts like that that show they truly care about their customers. Their gas prices are also consistently lower than most other stations in the area, which is a huge plus. The service is always quick, and everyone treats you like a valued customer. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service these days. The parking lot has a decent size to fit enough cars, though, there are no lines drawn to park exactly, which I find to be no issue, considering there's enough space all around. Everything inside looks pretty well stocked with snacks, drinks, and even coffee to make while on the go. Little cramped inside when moving around, so do take caution. Customer service at this Valero is great, as they're friendly and pretty outgoing to start a conversation with you especially if you're a regular. Can't emphasize enough, we need more of that everywhere.”

I called on a Friday at 1, they got my car in within 30 minutes, Larry took the time to go over it and called me to let me know he didn’t believe that the work that was diagnosed was truly needed. The quote he gave me for the tensioner was half(including labor) of what the dealership said. In my experience It’s rare as a woman to have a mechanic be honest with you, but this mechanic was. He advised I will need new tires in the future but not necessarily now. I’ll be sending all friends and family here.”
