“Great old school hardware store with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Been going there for years.Went there today, in the snow storm, to see if they had a pull string starter for my snowblower. After standing around there for about 15 minutes and wondering what's taking so long, the lady comes out with the part fixed! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting to buy the part, install it and fix it myself. All we had to do was go back home and screw it on and Bam it worked. You don't get that kind of service in the big box stores. And they really do have anything you'll ever need there.”

“I got two copies of a key. That works with no problems. Thank goodness for REAL hardware stores. You might think this is nothing big but this is to me. I went to a big chain store that made copies of my key that was too big for lock it wouldn't work then I returned them and got two more copies that didn't go into the lock whatsoever. Crazy right. Then I decided to Google hardware store. I called Brite Hardware and spoke with J. he asked me to describe the key. I did so. He said sounds like a regular key I should have no problems copying it. I went to the store for two copies of my key and THEY WORK when I got home. It's extremely important that my key copies work, I need them for my son's to get in my home when I am not there and I am grateful. It pays to go to a place that specialize in everything they do and give you real dependable things that work. Appreciate the professional help and extremely fast service. It took less than 2 minutes to make 2 key copies.”

“I purchased an Eibenstock handheld core drill machine and a few diamond core bits. My crew loved the equipment. Their diamond core bits went high reinforced 8” concrete slab no problem. Julian in the office gave me great information that helped us get our job done. These guys know what they are talking about. Give them a call for any core drilling or concrete cutting needs. Great service ! Very knowledgeable when it comes to the equipment!”

I came over here and explain the situation about the key. The guy asked me “does this key work?” I said “yes”. He said “don’t worry, it’s my job, I will make it right and make it work” and as promise, he got it done?”

“first i want to mention the sales person in the paint dept seegobni. not sure if spelled correctly. he was a god sendi get so confused when i go in there. not sure what is the best stuff i need in paint dept. seegobni came over and said can i help you, i said yes. i needed paint ad spackling and he helped me, rare you get someone who says can i help you, if home depot had a personal shopper. he would be the best person for it. lots of use who need help and he is the person for it. i hope when i go again he is there to help. thank you, seegobni, i just hope the store knows what an asset you are.next, i don't see where on their web site at this location ,there is a place to write a review. i don't see how others where able to sent one, and i am surprised that there is no contact us. at the bottom of the page, this is a great home dept store.”
