Had a malfunctioning air conditioner that made the room very hot when we were out at dinner, but when asked they were very prompt and professional with fixing it and getting the room to a desirable temperature

Room OK, but toilet too low and clogged frequently (had to report it 3x). Had small bistro, but expensive. Overall okay, but wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is doing some upgrades but the room was nice and the lobby was as well. Not really much around but seemed to be a safe location. This will not be my first choice for Rochester but maybe my second or third. I believe once the hotel is redone it will be much nicer but just not really much you should walk to from... read full comment
