This hotel is so dirty, like the room has dust along the tops of the walls, the hair drier is covered in dust, the filter was so dirty on the AC, lint was falling from the ceiling while in bed. Battery was dead on the thermostat. Location is amazing and convenient, the bar and food was decent, no free coffee in the morning.

John at reception and Teresa at the bar made our stay great with their kindness and great service. The hotel looks new all around. Our room was excellent. If Embassy Suites is going to charge $400 we may be staying here more often.
