“I have been an ostomy patient for more than 25 years. This life altering condition has helped me appreciate the caring and compassionate service I have always received from the staff at Fonte’s, specifically Maria and Tom. But most importantly is my connection with Courtney!! She is a credit to your business. When she had to take time off, her replacement was terrible. I was so pleased when she returned…and I heard her voice on the telephone. She has always been so kind and efficient. She calls to make sure that I get the reminder to order my supplies on time! And her attention to detail is excellent. Years ago (before Courtney) when there was an error in my order, Tom went out of his way and drove to the supplier’s location to get the correct items! Maria is kind and understanding…always helpful, never rushes no matter how busy she is!
Kudos to all of them, but a special “shout out” to Courtney. She is a gem!”
“Known these folks for almost 30 years. Great group and excellent to deal with. Just happened to see another negative review posted recently. Not sure what that's about, but take it with a very large grain of salt. I have known these folks professionally for a long time and because of that, now personally as well. Sounds like sour grapes from a rotten egg of an employee because I think these guys and gals are fantastic and I speak from 30 decades of experience in the industry.”

“100% recommend, Above and beyond service ‼️ my 6 yr old needed an air cast for her wrist, after having her hard cast removed. Her Ortho referred us to fonte but they didn't have any, called around and were told we would have to go back to her Ortho for another referral, of course they said they couldn't get her back in today. Called at least a dozen other places and they either couldn't or wouldn't help without the referral. We went to upstate and they were closed, but as we were leaving a young lady was coming to the door and asked what we needed. After explaining the situation, she said that the doctor was out of town and she was still training and didn't know how to fit them yet. Then this lovely person invited us in and called the doctor, I didn't catch his name but this gentleman said he would gladly walk her through the process to get her taken care of. She did a wonderful job and I am so grateful for them both. I commend them on their wonderful service because people just don't do this anymore . Your service and character speak volumes, and you have gained a lifetime customer.P.S. Dear Doctor, she's a keeper, give her a raise! And pat yourself on the back. You are appreciated sir!”
“We did a bid process a few years ago and picked Special Care to upgrade our call system. They came in and did a great upgrade to our system. We at first, sat down with them an formulated a plan on how they would work with our Staff and Residents. Then they started and everything went as planned. They were very caring with our Residents and also with our Staff. A great success! I would totally recommend to any Facility to talk with them about a call system. best, Jack Pease”
“Had to pick out a rollater today and did a web search & found Eastside Medical Supply. They were very very helpful and I left with exactly what I needed! I was relieved to be able to walk out with my rollater than having to wait for one to be shipped. They had so many to choose from right there on the floor. I am heavy, so I needed a heavy duty model which they had two in the back that they had me try. Thank you ladies at Eastside Medical Supply for making my purchase as smooth as possible!”
“Amazing company. I’ve had asthma all of my life and after moving back to NY I had severe breathing issues that ended me up in the hospital. After two hospital visits and an urgent care visit at a WellNow they directed me here for a nebulizer. My insurance covered it in full (BCBS) Everyone was knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful. Highly recommend!!”

“I had neck surgery done January 17th very extensive and a lot of pain no way to get out of the house. my neck brace was malfunctioning I had no way to get to them to replace it they sent someone to my house within an hour or 2 and had it replaced for free.. I would recommend this place to anybody they are absolutely helpful”

“The technician was very pleasant. I know nothing about your field but I think a $200 charge for coming to diagnose the problem plus labor plus parts is steep. Hopefully I will not need any more service on this chair lift since I now know I must leave it in a position at the top or bottom of the stairs so it can continuously charge. I didn't think to ask for the batteries that were removed. Perhaps they are rechargeable and I could have used them in the future”
