I'd like to commend customer service rep. named James. His service was exceptional. I had a complex situation that was very difficult to deal with over the phone. Multiple times he helped me and was persistent in making sure the issue was resolved properly.

The store is staffed by incompetent employees who, instead of helping, bring only problems. Can't connect the operator for 3 days!!!

Terrible service at the Monroe location. It always is. Overpriced product. Cancelling TV service due to inability to watch US Tennis Open. I switched to Roku.
