I really enjoy using this branch. I was returning a few different items and after the QR code and package were scanned, and the ticket printed, I realized I gave him the wrong code for the wrong package. This particular UPS Store is really good. The clerks are competent, friendly, and helpful. The charges for shredding and for using the copiers are very reasonable.

Efficiency and friendliness of staff. A clerk gave a sticker to a child who admired the clerk's Halloween headband. My clerk did a great job helping me navigate sending a package and buying some packing tape.
