“I had to get into a new car quickly and the thought of car shopping/going from dealer to dealer can be a daunting task. I was connected with Judd at Benjamin Motors and from start to finish, the process of leasing a new car was painless. I provided Judd with the types of cars I was looking at and where I wanted to be price wise. He came back to me with various options to choose from. When I asked about test driving cars, he set up appointments at 2 dealerships for me and had one of his drivers, Chris bring me to each location. Chris was knowledgeable about each car I was deciding between and provided me with great feedback to consider. Once I decided on the Nissan Rogue Platinum, Judd let me know that once all was approved, he would coordinate to have the car delivered to me. For scheduling reasons, I ended up picking the car up from Benjamin Motors, but having the option to have the car brought to me was great. I happened to be in a rental car at the time and Judd let me know that he would be able to return the rental for me so I could drive off in my car, another great display of customer service. “Everyone’s experience is different. Mine was ok but just some things I didn’t like. Enterprise in general has a weird way of charging you things while your card is on file. So it’s not always clear what you’re being charged for. And you have to ask for a breakdown even after receiving a receipt.”

All the staff here were so friendly, and they worked both professionally and efficiently.
When I got it, the car was new and clean, and the gas tank was full. I used half of the gas, and they charged me an additional gas fee when I returned the car instead of asking me to keep the gas at the original level. Everything was so easy.
I will definitely choose Enterprise next time I need a rental car. Highly recommend!”
