“I absolutely love this HomeGoods! The employees are incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. I shop here at least once a week, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the customer service.
Claudia is truly top-notch! She is professional, thoughtful, and always keeps her word. She remembered that I was looking for specific storage boxes and let me know when new ones arrived. When I came back the next day, she had pulled out the most gorgeous storage boxes I've ever seen at the Bayside HomeGoods. She went above and beyond by showing me all the new arrivals, and I ended up buying every one she recommended!
When I got home, I was so excited to organize everything. The storage boxes fit all of my pants and shirts perfectly and made everything look so neat and beautiful.
This is hands down the BEST HomeGoods in Bayside! The team truly cares about their customers and knows their inventory better than any other HomeGoods I've visited. “I got 2 pairs of glasses for 79.95. Quick and easy. 1 week delivery to store. But, it included exam. Straight up 79.95. I set up an appointment a couple of hours beforehand. Got there a little early and was picking glasses within no time. Very freindly staff. 1st floor. Use to ne a bank”

The young man who put the chairs in the dolly and brought em upfront was nice and the guy in the back who initially asked if I needed help was nice. I had a great experience here.”

“Great deals but very difficult to get help. One day I waited 40 minutes in the store for a van dutch bag. And this was 1030am . Asked the woman at the jewellery section for the bag. She completely ignored me . Talking on the cell phone . Had to get a manager to help me get the bag out the show case .”

“The employees at TJ Maxx are very helpful and polite, which I really appreciate. However, the store was extremely packed due to the Christmas season. There were only three cashiers working, and the checkout line was very long. Many customers had to wait around 20 minutes to pay. During the holiday season, the store really needs to schedule more staff at the registers to manage the crowd better.
The perfume section was disappointing. Many bottles were already opened but still priced the same. There were only 4–5 brands in the aisle, so not many options. If a perfume is opened or used, the price should be reduced, and they should add more variety.”

“When walking into the store I was lost and was even directed to the wrong isle when looking for a new drainer, by two employees!!! Very Frustrating! But when I was about to leave Isabella had been very kind and walked me over to the right isle she was really respectful and nice definitely a great employee. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I even wanted a suitcase from a top shelf and she helped me get exactly what I needed for my trip to Japan. My experience there was quick with her help and I got everything I needed. Definitely coming again if service like that is maintained of course. She even was my cashier and helped me check out my products. Fantastic service!!!”

“Happened to be nearby so I stop by first time in this location. I found store well maintained, found number of good quality household items so I was happy. Other than that, it is typical Marshall store - sometimes they have a good selection, sometimes they don't.”
“The walmart in green acreas is usually full, however, all registers were open. I was out in less than 12 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. The lighting is great, never dark or dimmed.”

“Haven't been here in a while and was pleasantly surprised. The store was packed with great merchandise at reasonable prices. The staff was courteous and helpful. Only negative thing in my opinion was the layout of the store makes it very difficult to shop while using a wagon. It was hard to maneuver it in and around the aisles. Definitely going back!”
