“James hooked me up. 5 stars! Like an idiot, i accidentally dropped an allen key wrench set on my phone screen. Screen wouldnt turn on. Found this place nearby around 3pm. Had my phone back by 7pm. I was lucky the parts they needed were available. I'm sure it normally isn't that quick, but James hooked me up. Phone like brand new.”

“Efficient service but I would never take recommendations from the reps on the telephone. They completely distorted my service and did not know what they were talking about. Ended up with a streaming service and no TV. I was supposed to be lowering my bill by $30 with additional Extra TV. Nope. Finally spoke to a supervisor and the streaming thing would not work with the boxes. I wa told to return the new streaming boxes and original TV (cable) would be restored. My sister got involved and installed them have to have a new modem and router. One TV has regular channels I think. And, it's costing more.”

A very nice gentleman named David took care of my problem..Went in the back and looked for this specific wire..He could have told me to call optimum and make an appt or simply , they did not have it..But he did not..He took his time and looked for it..and by the Grace of God...He found one..Thank you David..I went in this morning with some french pastries for David and all the wonderdul people working there to give my thanks..Thank you all for always being so polite..I would like the supervisors or managers Juan Rivas and Marcus Mullings to acknowledge these great workers..They are a true asset to optimum”
