“These guys go above and beyond with their service. They are responsive, will call you back when they say they will, and are very honest. Their lead tech, Rick, is one of the more knowledgeable guys in the industry when it comes to German cars. They were able to identify an underlying issue with my Audi that not even the dealership noticed. They let me use a loaner car as long as I needed and even deep cleaned the interior and exterior of my car while they were working on it. My car looked as clean as it did the day I bought it. Can't recommend them enough!”

(no pressure), he even let us change models after we had chosen one on the day of pickup and paperwork was already made out.The service crew (Nick and Jon) are also great. I had my car in for service to replace a tire and pressure sensor and they did at no charge. I was even given a brand new loaner while repair was taking place.
