“I had a great experience at the Eastchester Verizon store today—Jeremy was incredibly helpful and made everything easy and stress-free. I’ve always had positive experiences at this location, which keeps me coming back. In contrast, I’ve visited the Hartsdale store many times and unfortunately have consistently had poor service there. Highly recommend the Eastchester team!”

“Prisco did a highly professional job in completing my complex order for several appliances. Their sales team was highly patient in understanding my requirements and ensured that everything was fitting well and delivered on time, even stopped by my home to identify what would work best for me. The installation team went the extra mile to resolve issues with my setup. I don't think I would have been able to complete my order if I went with the big box retailers. Highly recommend!”

“I happen to go into the Westchester mall today to the Verizon store. I wasn’t intending on purchasing a phone but I did and I’m glad I did. I got the best service from Chris the sales rep. He sold me my new iPhone and I couldn’t be more happier he helped me an assisted me and setting everything up. I didn’t have to do a thing I did have to wait, but it was well worth it. Dijon was on the side, making jokes and making the customers happy as well. They are a great team.”

Bob was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We had delivery within 5 days! Nice people! A very good experience and we highly recommend!”

I went again yesterday Dec. 5 and theyre fully stocked with X-Mas items. Beautifully stocked.”

“I have been a few T-Mobile but none wasn't as helpful as this branch in Glen Cove. I want to give a special thank you to MARCIN.P, he was such an AMAZING person compared to others. Marcin really took his time in helping me fix my phone, he was kind, polite, patient and got my phone back to working in no time. I knew him from his previous location in Manhasset and he is still the same kind and polite person. Thank you again Marcin, I truly appreciate you helping.”

“I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there. Not only did he take the call but he told us exactly what to do and it took less than a minute to fix. Thank you Ron and the rest of the staff at this location.”

“Exactly what we were looking for, Staicy is an excellent advisor, very knowledgeable and offers you what you are really looking for. Fast and diligent and always with a smile. The best. I checked the phone network in the mountains where I live and I tell you it's better than Verizon's. My bosses always run out of line and I talk in the car until I get home. Fantastic.”

“I am updating my sticky floor review and giving this store the 5 stars it deserves. Since my last review the manager (Moe) reached out to me and assured me they would be more mindful of the sticky floor by the slurpee machines. The last two times I was in, my shoes were no longer clinging to the floor. Boy, was I ever impressed. I applaud the manager and the employees!I've always said that this 7-11 has the nicest and most welcoming employees and now it's also the cleanest!Great job!!”

“I recently stopped by this smaller-format Target location and had a surprisingly good experience. Even though it’s not one of the larger Target stores, they still had exactly what I needed in stock, which saved me from having to travel farther or place an online order. The store was organized, easy to navigate, and much less overwhelming than some of the bigger locations. What stood out most was how efficient the shopping experience felt. I was able to get in, find my items quickly, and check out without long lines or confusion. The staff members I encountered were polite, helpful, and willing to point me in the right direction when I had a question about a product location. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the store was. Shelves were stocked neatly, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and convenient for a quick shopping trip. For everyday essentials and last-minute needs, this location definitely gets the job done. If you’re nearby and don’t feel like dealing with a huge crowded store, this Target is a solid option. Smaller store, but still dependable and very convenient.”
