“Calls were failing all morning. Late for an appointment and called to let them know I would be late and called fail. 11:00 am. Leaving another appointment at 4:00pm and call failed. No service. Went to ATT and Cynthia was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful and experienced. She gets a 12 out of 10 rating for her service.”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Trey for the outstanding service he provided. From the moment I walked in, he showed professionalism, confidence, and genuine care. He didn’t just help me—he made sure every single detail was handled perfectly. Trey went above and beyond anything I expected. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their work and truly puts the customer first. Because of Trey, my experience with Verizon was not just good—it was exceptional. He represents exactly what great customer service should look like. Verizon is lucky to have someone like him on the team, and I strongly believe he deserves recognition for his effort and dedication”
