150 Schroon River Rd, WarrensburgWe had been using a different vet service and grew disillusioned with them. A friend uses SRAH and so we figured we'd give them a try when our dog needed assistance. We given a quick appt and were happy with the services. The staff are excellent to deal with. We have since brought in 2 feral kittens to be neutered and tagged and will eventually be bringing our own 2 cats.
The only issue I have is that they don't allow you in with your animal during the evaluation.

3 Hudson St, WarrensburgHad dinner with a big group while on vacation. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. Everyone loved their food. Everything was prepared fresh in house. Great ambience. However the real customer service came after we left. One member of the group left glasses on the table and didn’t realize it until they were too far away to retrieve them. We phoned the restaurant and left a message explaining we would appreciate if they could mail them to us, and explained we would pay for shipping. The next day the glasses arrived in the mail. Kudos to the staff!
On a side note, they have an AI answering system, and it is the friendliest and most responsive AI system I’ve ever experienced. It actually works, and works very well.
