“Mavis is definitely my go to place when I have any issues with my vehicleThe management here is excellent. They answer all your questions. The workers do a great job on my vehicle every time Aaron, the manager on Lake and lyell ave that’s the place I go to The workers and management are always friendly and polite, and if the price is too high they try to work with you and give you as much as a discount as they can but they definitely make sure your car is safe when you leave them here whether or not it’s something that they can’t fix here but they tell you you need to get this fixed So your vehicle will be safe. They pretty much overall are able to do a lot of different things and work on your vehicle but overall they definitely always recommend if you need something else done or definitely make sure your vehicle is safe for you. I always get excellent service.”

“I called prior to me taking my car in. I did not know the tire size but the gentleman assured me they had the tire. When I got there I had to wait about 20-25 mins to get my tire fixed because they were busy but not a long wait. The price was very reasonable as well!”
“I have been customers with College Automotive Solutions for about 3 years now with my little family fleet of two sedans. The service is good. Full stop. Reputable commercial fleets pick this shop, so I trust that the mechanics on staff have sufficient labor expertise. The front of house is where I stay and it is luxurious. There are two adult lounges, 3 lil work cubicles, and a child play area that my kids are currently refusing to leave. Amanda and the front staff have been fantastic about being responsive, clear, and professional. Love this shop, these guys are da best.”
“Price was very reasonable for the work done. There was more of a wait than I was expecting but they were dealing with personnel and logistical issues that day and the manager was handling it as best he could so I won't blame them too much for that. When they filled the new tires it was a bit uneven and had to fix that myself. Other than that, great service and it was fast once they actually got around to doing the work haha”

He’s great with customers and finding a resolution to any issue that may occur. ‘Pretty Eyes’ (you’ll know him when u see him🥹) is great at getting to deep issues no one else can resolve. “Steve was really helpful and went the extra mile after I needed new brake pads that they didn't have in stock. When there were issues with the vendor, he was able to escalate the problem as needed. I felt very well taken care of despite the longer than expected wait for the parts. This was clearly out of their control and they were mor frustrated by it than I was. I would trust them to do mor work on my vehicle.”

“I’m a truck driver…I delivered there…my appointment 7am I’m done by 10 so it’s not bad for a tire load… the yard is not too big and they are sharing it with another company so if you park all the way inside, a guy from the other company may wake you up and ask you to back up a little the stuff are ok not too bossy…you give them the paperwork they will ask you to park and will call you when they are ready….backing up to the dock is not too hard”
“This is going to be long but true. Mike was amazing to me with my truck after a BAD experience with the other Mr tire. Mike and his crew especially Max helped get me my truck back and running after almost being down 3 weeks. They did nothing but help me out so I didn't have to keep taking Ubers. I can't say enough good things about this store. I will ALWAYS come back to this Mr tire. They installed my part that needed to be done, it was under warranty but they made it happen, even went to the other Mr tire it was at and picked up my part. They involved the DM with that other location and was very understanding about the situation that they didn't create. They may not have created the situation but they SOLVED IT and for that I couldn't be happier. they had my truck back to me within 1 week and if it was at the other store i wouldn't have it at all. Thank you again for all the help and understanding and for getting me back on the road. The lewis family thanks you”
