“If I could give this place a million stars, I absolutely would. Holy. Actual. Moly!!!This was amazing for a plus size woman like myself, highly recommended!Today was the dreaded bra shopping day. My first place was Lane Bryant, absolutely nothing for me. So I Google searched some other places that might be good for plus size women. I found Her UnderThings and thought, why not give it a try!And wow!! I am not disappointed AT all. I was I was greeted immediately and asked what I was looking for! I said "hi! I'm looking for a new bra, I'd like a full coverage and some push up!" The lady was happy to help and we went into the dressing room.I'm someone who is pretty insecure with my body, especially my chest area. The woman fitted me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for a single second! She was kind and non-judgmental.I was meassured and off she went! What felt like 2 seconds (lol!) Later she was back, helped me into my bra and immediately I was SO happy!!My current bra was apparently the incorrect size and not suited for my breast type. It was also EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The bras she found immediately fit extremely well and flattered me SO much better than my current bra!I will never go to another big corporation bra store again! Customer for life was gained!Not only was she Extremely helpful but kind, friendly and overall just a very great vibe. The shop was really cute, clean and put together!Seriously, 10/10! I was in and out of the store in like, 20 minutes! Amazing!!!”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. It's reminiscent of Hot Topic, but more on a nerdy/anime theme. You can find Studio Ghibli items, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc.Minus a star because the quality of the t-shirt I bought was not what you would expect for the price (the overall design is what sold it for me). But I'm a DINK, it was for a gift anyway, and YOLO.”

“Writing a review here because I couldn’t find one on the receipt where it used to be! I had such a phenomenal experience today shopping at Hot Topic! I went in today looking for earrings to pair with my outfit for a very special event next weekend. Right away when I walked in the person dressed in all white (On my receipt it says their name is Ginni) greeted me and told me about all the deals going on! So because of this, I ended up grabbing a few extra things! If they didn’t tell me about the deals, I would have never grabbed extra accessories! From there I saw this awesome hoodie all the way up on the top hanging up. I said to my friend “I wish I could reach that.” Then out of nowhere here comes Ginni coming in clutch saving the day! They grabbed them all down and helped me pick out the best one for me while having an awesome conversation with me. From there I went to check out and Kylie ended my stop at Hot Topic beautifully! I would also like to note that even though the store was busy, not a single shirt was messed up on the walls. They all kept on top of it and it looked perfect with that classic ‘Hot Topic’ fold the entire time! I went in looking to buy earrings. The 2 ladies Katie and Cathy where beyond amazing very patience and took time out of there day to help my daughter find a dress perfect for her. That I must admit brought tears to my eyes, because I knew my daughter loved this dress and the way it fit!!!! “I needed to get some gifts from guests from the West Coast and imagined that attire from LL Bean would be something quintessentially Northeastern. As I don't shop here myself (and having been deterred by the company's politics) I had no expectations when I entered the store. First, the store is large, handsomely laid out, and conveys the (correct) impression of high quality. I was approached by two salespeople who were very nice and very helpful. It pretty much screams high quality by your shopping experience. The items I selected were full price, and not inexpensive, but were clearly well made. At check out they were carefully wrapped and placed in a shopping bag (kudos for not appearing to charge for the bag and for not using plastic.) I would go back here in a moment. Factoring the dirth of high quality options in the Albany area it's nice to have this here.”

Better yet, if you get a credit card with them then you'll get triple the savings. They offer clothes for men, women, and children. They have clearance racks. Their clothes are good quality too!”
