“This branch is the second closest location to my home and it is my favorite of the two simply because they have an actual, good-sized ATM lobby. You can walk in and stretch your arms out as opposed to the Rockaway Blvd branch which has an ATM area the size of a closet. The tellers at this location are equally as nice as the tellers at Rockaway Blvd. The same can be said for the security guards. I know other people have issues with both locations but I'm definitely not one of them.”

“I have two Chase banks pretty close to me but i always prefer this particular Chase over the Lefferts blvd branch. This Chase has more employees to help out customers and has a good waiting space. Walked in today and was greeted by Eric, and from what I was told by the assistant manager, he is new. For being a new hire, he has excellent customer service, very prompt in greeting people as they walk in and keeps you informed of who or how long you will be waiting. He actually approaches people that are waiting. Impeccably dressed and very friendly. Made the day.”
