“Courtnee was easily the best part of my experience. She explained everything clearly, pitched the options correctly, and gave me choices without ever being pushy. She was professional, personable, and even spoke multiple languages, which was impressive.
The flower situation was funny someone had flowers brought to her and she basically disappeared 😂 but overall she made the visit worth it.
The store itself is good, but expect a wait since it’s a cable company and usually busy. My experiences with Andrew and Aaron weren’t nearly as good; I didn’t find them very helpful or engaging compared with Courtnee.
Those two need to be fired
With Courtnee: 10/10. Without Courtnee: probably 4/10. She definitely carries the customer-service side of that location.
