“My old iPhone 6S which I've had forever and I love, was no longer charging properly and dying quickly. (Having satisfactorily used FixNgo a few years back to replace a cracked screen, it only made sense to go back again). The technician replaced my charging port and installed a new battery. The repair was done while I waited a short period of time. The phone is working as good as the first day I bought it. I'm very happy with the service. The cost to repair and install new parts was reasonable and I was informed prior to any work being done. The store is very clean, well lit, well organized and provides seating if you prefer to wait. The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed.”

“Courtnee was easily the best part of my experience. She explained everything clearly, pitched the options correctly, and gave me choices without ever being pushy. She was professional, personable, and even spoke multiple languages, which was impressive.
The flower situation was funny someone had flowers brought to her and she basically disappeared 😂 but overall she made the visit worth it.
The store itself is good, but expect a wait since it’s a cable company and usually busy. My experiences with Andrew and Aaron weren’t nearly as good; I didn’t find them very helpful or engaging compared with Courtnee.
Those two need to be fired
With Courtnee: 10/10. Without Courtnee: probably 4/10. She definitely carries the customer-service side of that location.
