“A very helpful sales person assisted me in purchasing 2 Robert Graham shirts, my favorite shirt brand and 2 pairs of jeans. The shirts were on the clearance rack, a huge and pleasant surprise and I got the Harbor Bay Continuous Comfort jeans to match the shirts. Those are the most comfortable jeans I ever had. I had a couple of events to go to and I looked great. DXL is the best!”

“I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers. One were for a special event. I paid $40 for express shipping to arrive at least a week before the event. The shoes ended up coming within the "free shipping" window but it is the holidays. The shoes arrived and the pair I needed was wrong. I contacted customer service and was fortunate enough to have Marianne assist me! While I was frustrated as it's a difficult time in life, she remained professional, courtesy and apologetic at all times regardless of my frustrations! While I was not able to find the shoes in time, She got the correct shoes sent out and also sent a good faith gesture for my troubles! She single handily changed my view on the company and turned a grumpy customer happy again! Thank you Marianne and I look forward to purchasing again in the near future!”

I wanted to get a couple of different shirts and Ava put together 3 different looks in a matter of minutes. I was absolutely thrilled with her selections. I attached photos of the looks she put together for me.I found my favorite store and I will never shop anywhere else for my formal or casual wear. He even offered show care advice, followed by a soft-sell of shoe care products.Even the cashier indulgently tried to upsell the shoe care products :-) He nudged us into carrying the shoe box and the paper bag, suggesting alternate uses they could be put to use at home.”
“I work security and needed a pair of rainboots for work. I left with 2 pairs of boots. The ones in the pictures are reg. Work boots. Water resistant and don't scuff easily. It was buy one get 1/2 off your 2nd pair. I took advantage. The sales girl was very nice and helpful. She even let me keep my boots inside store until my shift ended. I was working right outside the store. Will definitely come back.”
