“I'm beyond grateful of the services I received. The owner was very helpful, she definitely saved me from being scammed by other people who claimed to do paternity testing for grandparents. Her price was the CHEAPEST and I only waited 4 business days and my results were back. “Went here at 7am on a Tuesday morning. Two very friendly ladies working, 6 people ahead of me. Lots of people came in after me, yet these two ladies remained friendly and quickly got through people. I was done within a half hour. Superior service!! Friendly, quick and not a mark on my arm!!! Tiffany was the lady I was lucky enough to have, I'm unsure of the others name but they were fabulous!”

“Need to change your time , website said 6:00 now it 7:00. I think opening at7:00am has cause overcrowding and harder on the employees working there. The employees are friendly and trying to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion.”
“Don't be misled by the hours on the google maps page. Wednesdays and Saturdays are open by appointment. I was given less than 3 days by my new employer for a pre-employment drug screen. I called and left a voicemail and they got back to me within the hour to schedule a Saturday appointment. Despite the bad weather, they were there on time and the process was relatively painless. Definitely one of the quickest drug screening processes I've gone through.”

“My husband referred me to this facility to have my blood drawn as his experience was good. I went there at 9:15am and waited for around 10 minutes to be called. The process went smoothly as expected. My veins aren't easy to find, and I have been poked multiple times in the past the draw blood, but this time, 1 poke and I was done. I am glad ? There was a sign at the receptionist window. \"Do not knock.\" and it was shut. I think if people need someone to talk to, especially those who are visiting for the first time, they should have someone they can talk to. The parking is ample, and the facility is conveniently located near the Chili center.”

“We had a great experience here. My wife and I brought in our newborn for a blood draw. There was a little confusion about getting her in the system but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Our nurse during the blood draw was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the whole process easier for us as new parents. I definitely recommend going here if needed.”
“My wife had a phlebotomist ( can’t remember her name … Latino woman) come to the house for a blood draw. I was out on a quick trip to pick u a prescription. My wife has dementia and refused the blood draw even though I told her it was being done. The phlebotomist took the initiative to call me when my wife refused. I was able to convince my wife to have the blood draw.Thank you for caring to call me.”

“I just came from their office and the blood tech named Kody Cox is very good...he is very concerned when he takes your blood, he asked me if I was ok while he took my blood and even after he was done he asked me if I was ok. I appreciate him... I have never had anyone that has drawn my blood ask me if I was ok and that just amazed me. He needs to get a reward for being so kind and concerned we need more people like him in this world. Kody Cox great job today!!!”

“I was a little nervous about this location due to the reviews, but needed to have a 3 hour glucose test done on my day off from work. From the receptionist to the lab techs, everyone was very pleasant. Multiple people came in from 8-10am and they were all seen extraordinarily fast compared to other labs I have used. Everyone was in and out within 10 minutes while I was here. And they were precise with always drawing my blood at the hour markers which I have heard some other lab locations are not good at.The only downside was the glucose drink was warm, but it is God awful either way, so it didn't make any difference to me lol. I will definitely be coming here again for any future lab work I need.”

“This was our first time at this location and our tech was amazing! My wife is literally terrified of needles after having some bad experiences and she came out raving about how great the tech was with her! We were seen quickly and everyone was kind. The location is small, but convenient, easy to access, and clean. Best experience you can have at a blood lab!”
