“I was crunched on time and I guess they could tell by my mannerisms lol. Nick was super helpful got my paperwork and got me loaded. I was in and out. Also when I arrived and got to the docks and didn’t know where to check in. One of the warehouse employees was also very helpful. Overall best experience I’ve had at any warehouse.”

“I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this UPS location. TBH, I was frustrated when I saw these reviews before I picked up my pallet. Fortunately, I suddenly found out all people here were friendly after arriving here. They were patient and helpful. My picking up process was smooth. UPS Supply Chain team, thanks for all your help!”

I exclaimed to her that it was just a chair it it lighter than it looks. She weighed the package a gave me the receipt with a Smile and a thank you. I was in and out within 5mins.
