Best Buy is a good place to shop for a lot of stuff like headphones, laptops, printers, gaming chairs, computers, cell phones, TVs, video games, DVDs, and blu-rays. They have a lot to choose from and are getting better by the visit. Customers recommend using the price match to save money and support the brick and mortar store. However, they do not have everything anymore, with some noting there is no car audio department. The service can be quick, but the store sometimes seems understaffed. Staff are often busy and do not always approach to help, so it is best to go in with your own knowledge.

Had a laptop issue. It seemed to me a simple fix, but the young kid told me multiple times my laptop is old, just buy a new one. No fix was available.

the kid that helped me was nice but not too bright. we had to make suggestions that he should have been saying to us. but he was kind while being slow, so that's good I guess. this was the geek squad counter to be specific.
