“First off, my parents have been using the Citibank chain for years, since we used to live in the city. Now we live about 30 minutes away, and unfortunately this is the only citibank around. Tucked in a shopping centre between walmart, and shoprite (shop rite is now a kosher store at the time of this review) Easy parking as well since it is a shared parking lot with other stores. They also said that a teller there was very nice and helped them. I am not sure of his name, but i know he has black hair. he actually waved to my dad and recognized him on our visit recently.
Went here with my dad on Saturday November 2nd 2024 to make some transactions. First we deposited money, all in coins, then we withdrew some money from the account. Teller was very nice. Since we deposited coins, i find it weird that there's a limited amount of coins that one can deposit, and they usually have to ship it out. Teller did a good job explaining this, and we deposited what we could, until they ran out of space. We did have more to deposit, and the bank said that they would call when there is more room for more coins. So far haven't recieved a call back, but maybe they didn't get to it yet. All good though!
I just give a review to this company because everytime we talk to the teller, they are very professional, and very pleasant. Granted it also helps that we as customers also know what we are talking about and asking. My parents would definetely be back. i don't have an account here, but just wanted to say that everyone is pleasant.”

I love the architecture of this building and the bank safe. They care about customer safety when customers feel unsafe. They will help with unethical businesses and make sure customers are happy.”
