“Happy customer. After some aggravation - alls well that ends well. There appears to have been a scheduling snafu with my car detailing appointment. They had my car for two days, instead of the one I expected. After I complained, Carl said he would, “…make it worth my while…”. And they did! This is a GOOD COMPANY, that does the right thing! In the past I have brought my RV and a (not fancy) classic car to them for detailing. Yesterday, I brought my two year old, everyday car and it came out better than new! They cut the charge by 25%. Upgraded the interior detailing and gave me some glass and ceramic sprays. I would recommend 631 Coatings for all your car detailing needs. “They do excellent work and their prices are very fair. Six months ago I pulled into the gas station and my brakes failed due to a defective caliper. They replaced my pads rotors and one caliper. Six months later the brakes start grinding from the wheel that they replaced the caliper. My truck was on the lift for six hours and they diagnosed a defective brake hose and a malfunctioning ABS system. They replaced the brake hose, pads and rotor. They only charged me for the brake lines and two out of the six hours my truck was on the left. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend using these gentlemen.”

Luckily for me they were able to inspect the “chip” on my windshield and determined it was nothing serious. This time was the worst; it was a hit and run !
