“I had a great experience with enterprise farmingdale. They are always quick to answer the phone and very helpful with any issues (minor) that I had. Maci was the primary person for my rental and she was very sweet, personable, and professional. She also explained things to me multiple times when I had a hard time understanding (LOL). Takara was also very helpful and kind, and gave some great recommendations for lunch when I dropped off the vehicle. I will definitely be renting from this location next time I visit home :)”

By the time I got to this Avis the next day I was lucky to have met Yvette who was so sweet and was quickly able to process my information and get me into a car. “Fast assistance and up-grade due to rental class unavailable after reservation without further problems or issues. Another airline services ( SW ) service provided me with a particular car rental service at the NYC airport with a contract since August. upon arrival in NYC for Thanksgiving i attempted to retrieve the vehicle but the pick-up location was not correct, which left me stranded during the thanksgiving holiday at the airport until a family member arrived from long island. the following day after Thanksgiving Avis provided me a vehicle for the same rate senior and/ or AAA . Great Job !”
“If you are trying to find a rental car in a pinch, I highly recommend you go to the Hicksville Enterprise branch. The team (especially Matt, who went above and beyond) worked so hard. “I drive for Uber and rent through Avis. Today I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Tony at the Farmingdale location.
The vehicle I was driving needed to be swapped out because it required scheduled maintenance beyond an oil change. Tony spoke professionally with me on the phone yesterday and explained he would do his best to have a vehicle matching my preferences available, but couldn't promise anything. He came through 100%!
Tony shared with me that he is new to this Farmingdale location - he was transferred from Huntington with hopes of improving customer satisfaction ratings.
