“I am new to living in a home (vs an apartment) and even less knowledgeable about heating and oil heating. The first time I called I was completely nervous and just overwhelmed. Until I got Lisa on the line. Lisa is great at her job. (I’ve spoken to her at least twice). She made me very comfortable, answered my questions, and was very pleasant to speak to.
Yesterday I called again just to get an estimate on delivery time since we were running low and this time I spoke to Tina. And she was just as nice, polite, and knowledgeable. It’s a great feeling when you call a business with concerns and the staff are welcoming and understanding.
Prices go up and down.
I’ve paid $3.04/gal (Dec) & $3.50/gal (Feb)
When shopping around in December they were the cheapest.

“This company is amazing. This is my first year owning my house by myself as a single mother and I made the mistake of letting my tank run out- found out the hard way waking up to an ice cold house on a Friday. The weather over the weekend is expected to be extremely cold and I've been stuck at work worried about my pipes freezing over the weekend. After explaining the situation, Legenbauer went over in less than two hours to fill the tanks. The woman who answers the phones is always a pleasure as well. “Cumberland Farms is one of the greatest places for when I’m on the road. I always look forward to a decent meatball sub and they’re wide selection of drinks. The night crew seems relatively new, but they had no problem heating up my meatball sub and directing me to the marinara sauce, which is next to a whole plethora of condiments”
“I just had propane installed for a stand by generator. The technician was great and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Best price also. So far very pleased.”
“OK. I’ve used this location several times, it’s convenient, right off the highway on and off. Never had a problem with the staff, very polite and professional. The other day while returning a truck that I rented, I went to use the restroom, which is a single stall. There was this young man sitting backwards on the toilet, using the tank as a desk, where he had all his drug paraphernalia laid out and was in the process of shooting up drugs. I have no idea if this person was a client of U-Haul or he just walked in to use the restroom. Definitely unacceptable. What if I would’ve walked in with my daughter and she had to use the restroom? And she walked in on this person without my knowledge. Something to bring to the attention of the U-Haul staff at 139 Broadway, Albany. Besides that I had no other issues with U-Haul. UPDATE. DID U-HAUL NOT UNDERSTAND THE REVIEW THERE WAS A PERSON SHOOTING UP DRUGS IN THE BATHROOM. IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.”
